The British American Business Council Los Angeles (BABC LA), a non-profit organization formed in 1959, is affiliated with the international BABC and plays an important role in supporting the tremendous UK presence in California. Our objectives are simple: promoting friendship and commerce by supporting economic growth between the US and the UK. We are committed to the principles of free trade, open markets, strengthening private enterprise, the unrestricted flow of information and promoting bilateral trade and investment. We work closely with the UK and US Governments and have many local, regional and global alliances to attain our objectives and help meet our members needs.
