The BABC LA 65th Annual Christmas Luncheon took place on Friday, December 5, 2025, at the Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica. This flagship event celebrated tradition, networking, and philanthropy with over 300 distinguished guests from the British and American business communities.

The festivities began at 11:30 AM with a hosted champagne reception and exclusive business networking, followed by a traditional British Christmas luncheon with all the trimmings, including Christmas pudding imported from the UK. The event ran until 2:30 PM and featured first-rate musical entertainment, a silent auction, raffle, and musical performances.
Special Honoree
The 2025 luncheon presented the Lifetime Achievement Award to Peter Asher, CBE—a cultural icon whose six-decade career has shaped the creative bridge between the UK and the US. Asher's legendary work includes collaborations with James Taylor, Linda Ronstadt, Joni Mitchell, Carole King, Diana Ross, and Cher, earning him 59 RIAA Gold and Platinum certifications.

The evening was further distinguished by the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, who joined as an honorific attendee and addressed guests from the podium.
